William (Bill) Dorman Sept. 6, 1946~October 20, 2014 William (Bill) Dorman, age 68, of McGregor, Texas, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014, at his residence surrounded by family. Funeral service will be 2 PM Thursday at the Valley Mills First Baptist Church. Interment will be at the Valley Mills Cemetery with full military honors under the direction of Foss Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Visitation will be 5 - 7 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. Bill was born on Sept. 6, 1946, in Fontana, California. He was the son of William and Loretta Dorman. He married Wanda Heintz in Midland, Texas, in 1980. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran with many honors. He retired from his towing service in Dallas and moved to the Valley Mills area in 1990 where he started a towing service and later worked clearing brush for the U.S.D.A. and private individuals. Bill and Wanda moved to McGregor area in 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents and foster mother Patsy Weeks. Survivors include his wife: Wanda Dorman; children: Kristi Taylor, Lance and Jennifer Mathews, Dustin and Alisha Mathews, Tiffany and Micah Sullivan, adopted grandmother: Dawn Willeford; 9 grandchildren: Cheyenne Taylor, Ty Kennith Doyle, Travis Taylor, Mackenzie Mathews, Kendall Mathews, Garrett Mathews, Mia Mathews, Grant Mathews, and Owen Sullivan.
