Thomas M. Sivils Sr. Feb. 20, 1938 ~ April 30 , 2015 Thomas M. Sivils Sr., age 77, of Valley Mills passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015, in a Temple hospital surrounded by family and friends. Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Sunday at the Valley Mills Church of Christ with Pat Richardson officiating. Interment will be in the Valley Mills Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Memorials may be made to the Valley Mills Church of Christ. Thomas was born on February 20, 1938, in Bryan, Texas, to Jesse and Mary (Camp) Sivils. He was currently employed at the Valley Mills Care Center. He had also worked at Hercules, the Clifton Chemical Lime Plant, Sante Fe Railroad, and for Bosque County. He was a member of the Valley Mills Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife: Virginia (Hillin) Sivils, children: Vickie Kettler and husband Ovie, Thomas Sivils Jr. and wife Pam, Dean Sivils and wife Twila, Randy Sivils and wife Brenda, Malinda Stanton, step-children: Barbara Borom and husband Bill, Alliene Love; a brother: Michael Sivils and wife Sharon; Uncle Eddie Whitten; 10 grandchildren;12 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
