Sharon Nichols

Sharon Ann Nichols, age 76, of Valley Mills, Texas, passed away, Thursday, June 13, 2019, at a Clifton hospital. Funeral services will be 3 P.M. Sunday, June 16, 2019, at the Valley Mills First Baptist Church , with Rev. Jim Dixon officiating under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Interment will follow at the Valley Mills Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the Fairview Baptist Church.

Sharon was born on August 7, 1942, in California, to Charles and Lucille (Birch) Petras. She was married to Rodney Nichols in March of 1961 in California. They had moved to Valley Mills in 1972. Sharon had retired from Pace American in 2001.

Survivors include her husband Rodney Nichols; 2 daughters: Tammy Perry and husband Mark of Crawford, Terri Warneke of Waco; grandchildren: Sandra Jordan, Garrison Drosche (Chelsi), Stefanie Warneke, Peyton Warneke, Mason Perry, Megan Perry; great grandchildren: Dominic Carney, Lennox Uptmor, Ethan Drosche, Evan Drosche, Coraline Barnes, and Rhett Cooper Morris.
