Ruth E. Smith
February 22, 1940 ~ August 1, 2023

Ruth has joined her Lord and Savior, Tuesday August 1, 2023,  painlessly and peacefully.

She is preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, Bill this past November of 2022. Daughters Vicki Lynn Wallace (2010), her husband Dale Wallace (2022), and daughter Valerie Smith Mullen(2017).

She is survived by her son, Steve Smith and wife Becky of Lorena. Grandson Jacob, his wife Hannah and great-grand-daughter Lauren of Valley Mills, Tx.  Grand –Daughter Audra Smith and fiancé Mike Garfield of Nashville, Tn. and grand-Son, John Colton Smith. Ruth's sisters, Jodi  Brewer and Cherylane Carter, as well as nieces and nephews.

Thank you doesn't seem like enough. We would like to thank Lutheran Sunset Ministries and their Hope Sales Center for the care and tenderness shown Ruth during her stay, especially Paul, and Alisha. We also appreciate Providence Hospice services, Brenda, Chelle, and Patty for all their time and care. You are angels and may God Bless you all.
