Bob was born in Sikeston, Missouri on November 22, 1949 to Harold Cecil and Ina Louise Bohannon. He met and fell in love with his soul-mate, Jenny Lynn Cherry, and they married on July 26,1975.
Bob was a master plumber by trade, but he was a jack of ALL trades. He was a Daddy, Pawpaw and brother to all. He loved his family with every fiber of his being. If he was not spending time with his grandkids, you would find him shredding a field, checking a fence line or working on tractors. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. He also enjoyed telling inappropriate jokes to anyone who would listen. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran, 82nd Airborne Division, SP4.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Ina Bohannon; sisters Kay Willis, Sherry Jackson, and Linda Bohannon; brothers Gary and Jesse Bohannon; sister in law Leslie Bohannon.
Bob is survived by his wife Jenny Bohannon of Montgomery; sons Michael Bohannon of Valley Mills, Robert "Bobby" Bohannon and wife Sara of China Spring; daughter Patricia "Trish" Booth and husband Brian of Montgomery; grandchildren Austin Bohannon and fiancée Haylea Rockett, Sarah Bohannon, Robert and Kimberly Boyd, Logan and Jack Bohannon, Victoria and Cody Booth; great grandchildren Sabrina and Sienna Grissett; brothers Lee McIntyre and wife Joanie of Missouri, Kevin Bohannon of China Spring, David Bohannon and wife Cindy of China Spring, Jimmy Bohannon and wife Sheila of Robinson and Paul Bohannon and wife Judy of Waco; sister Darline Loflin and husband Dan of Missouri. He leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many special friends he made throughout the years.
Honorary Pallbearers: Jacob Tiechelman, Elmo Sadler, Ryan Borom "Tree", Lester Carter, James Grant Gumm, Bryon John Eccleston, Jake Lalanne.
