Randy Clemons

August 12, 1962 – September 28, 2025

Randy Clemons, 63, of Crawford, Texas, passed away on September 28, 2025.

He was born on August 12, 1962, to James H. and Mary Julia "Judy" (Abel) Clemons. Randy grew up in Crawford and attended Crawford High School, where he proudly played football for the Pirates. He graduated in 1981.  Randy loved football and was a true sports fanatic, especially devoted to the Texas A&M Aggies and the Dallas Cowboys.

On March 17, 2000, he married Cynthia Bryan. Over the years, Randy worked at Connor Furniture Store in McGregor, Texas, and later dedicated many years of service to the City of Waco. He was preceded in death by his father James Clemons in 2021 and his wife, Cynthia in 2012.

He is survived by his mother, Mary "Judy" Clemons; his daughter, Caroline Clemons; his sister, Susan Clemons Snowden; and his nephew, Chad Snowden, and great nieces Emma and Mia Snowden, Aunt Janie Bell Abel, and mother-in-law Lou Ann Pope.

Randy will be remembered for his love of family, his devotion to his hometown, and his passion for sports. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Randy will lie in state at the funeral home on Wednesday.

A graveside service will be  held 10 AM Thursday at the Crawford Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crawford First Baptist Church or Crawford Methodist Church.
