Paul Wayne Hale, age 60, of Austin, Texas, formerly of Valley Mills, passed away on March 15, 2018, at Hospice Austin's Christopher House. Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Post Oak Cemetery in Oglesby, Texas, under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
Paul was born on October 3, 1957 in Temple, Texas, to Wayne Webster and Betty Jane (Shafer) Hale. Paul was a 1976 graduate of Valley Mills High School where he was very active in sports from jr. high through high school. He was the type of person who could make a friend anywhere he went, enjoyed helping others and making people laugh. No matter what life threw his way, he always remained a strong person and never went one day without reminding his one and only child, Holly, how much he loved her and was proud of the woman she had become.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Parker Oswald.
Survivors include his daughter Holly Hale of Addison, Texas.
