Paul Brune Feb. 25, 1948 ~ Feb. 15, 2014 Paul Daniel Brune, age 65, of Valley Mills passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014, in Belton, Texas. Visitation will be 5- 6 PM Tuesday at Searsville Country Church near Valley Mills followed with a brief - casual Memorial Service at 6 P.M. under the direction of Foss Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Education Foundation, PO Box 126, Valley Mills, Texas 76689 Paul was born on February 25, 1948, in Durant, Oklahoma, to John Paul and Goldie (Eslinger) Brune. He was a graduate of Valley Mills High School. He long time resident and rancher of the Valley Mills area. Paul was a member of Valley Mills John Armstrong Lodge #291 and a life time member of the Scottish Rite Lockwood Lodge #1343. He was a member of the Valley Mills First Baptist Church. He was the former owner of Brune Pump Company. Paul was looking forward to a new life with LeAnne Diab on his ranch near Valley Mills. He was preceded in death his parents, step father Clarence Mullens, by a brother George William Brune, a sister Goldia Etoy Terrell and a brother-in-law Johnny Ray Terrell. Survivors include LeAnne Diab, a son: Jon-Paul Payton Brune, half brothers: Charles Lee Mullens and Freeman Ray Mullens, numerous nieces, nephews and life-long friend Dr. J. Kendall Ethridge.
