Mary LaJuana Hudgins Perry

September 20, 1938~April 17, 2017

Mary LaJuana Perry, age 78, of Houston, formerly of the Waco-Valley Mills area, passed away on April 17, 2017, at her residence in Houston. Graveside memorial at the Valley Mills Cemetery will be held at a later date under the direction of Foss Funeral Home & Cremation Center.

Mary was born September 20, 1938, in San Diego, California, to Eugene and Lola (Miles) Hudgins. Moved to the Houston area in 2011 from Waco ~ Valley Mills area. Loved to read,  study the Bible, loved animals, and gardening.

Survivors include her son: Eugene Perry and his wife Pam of Arkansas, a sister Sylvia Bondar of Michigan, a niece, Nancy Lee Bondar-Borello, several cousings including Thomas Richardson of Waco, Tracy Slaughter of Waco, Diane Gillet of Houston, Betty Slaughter of Crawford, and Sharon Stover of Georgia. Other cousins include: Dr. Boone Brackett of Chicago, Ill., James Hudgins of Temple, Robert Stovall of Maryland, Betty Adcock of Raleigh, NC, Ramona Laboon of Austin, Tx.. Mary Bess Williams of Massachusetts, and Jo Ann Mouser of Texas
