Margie Merritt Lynch

Margie Nathelle Merritt Lynch, age 72, of Crawford, Texas, passed away on February 16, 2016, in a Waco hospital.  Visitation will be held 5 - 7 P.M. Friday at the First Baptist Church in Crawford, Texas.  Graveside service will be held 10 A.M. Saturday, February 20, 2016, at the Osage Cemetery.  She was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, sister,  mother, grandmother, aunt, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, and friend to us all.
Margie was born on April 6, 1943 in Gatesville, TX to Guy & Eula Merritt. Margie grew up in the Osage and Crawford areas. She graduated from Crawford High School in 1961.  She married her high school sweetheart, Lyndon, on July 20, 1963.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Edwin Lee Merritt, and sister, Dorothy Ray.                                                                               She is survived by her husband, Lyndon Lynch, two sons: Charles Lynch and wife Lana; Doug Lynch and wife Cindy; a daughter Christi Ely and husband Brandon all of Crawford; seven grandchildren: Chase, Chane, Cheyenne, Colton, and Jake Lynch,  Korie Dutschmann and Garrett Dutschmann; brother-n-law:  Larry Ray, sister-in-law  Billy Lu Lynch, nieces and nephews.
Her greatest joy was her family and her greatest pride were her grandchildren. She was a woman of great faith, honor and strength.  She will truly be missed by all.

Memorials may be made in her honor to the First Baptist Church of Crawford.
