They together had 5 children in 4 ½ years, which she felt was her greatest accomplishment. Later in life, Margaret moved to Laguna Park, Texas and lived there until she passed. She loved to go to Lake Whitney to swim and fish during her past time. Her children and grandchildren meant more than anything to her. She would proudly tell you at anytime how they were doing, because to her, Family was everything. She was known for her ability to love and help anyone that needed her. Throughout her life she helped in raising Grandchildren and would even take in friends and strangers into her home, should they ever need a place to live. She always made sure that everyone always knew that the door to her home was always open to anyone, regardless of the time or day. "Margie", as she was known by, always said that we are all children of God and should always be there to assist each other in our time of need. Her gift to this world and her legacy was a gift of service and love to anyone she met. She was born a caretaker and even as she passed, her main concern was that her loved ones were cared for.
