Marcus Antonio Fowler, age 46, of Houston, Texas, passed away on December 5, 2018, at Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital in Houston. The family will hold a memorial service at 2 P.M. December 22 ^nd at the Clifton Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in South Carolina.

Marcus was born on March 11, 1973, in Charleston, South Carolina, to Thomas J. and Helen V. (Mack) Fowler Jr. He had attended schools in South Carolina and had lived in Houston, Texas, since 2003.

Survivors include his father: T. J. Fowler Jr. and wife Marilyn, 5 children: Jane Elaine Freeman, Shaude Kierra Freeman, Latosha Lane Fowler, Briana Nicole Fowler, Kendahl Annise Fowler; grandchildren: Ryan Samhud Freeman, Joshua Jamal Freeman; Messiah O'Neal Harvey, a brother: Tyrone D. Fowler, 2 sisters: Tonya Fowler, Rebecca Fowler, 2 nieces and a host of friends.
