Loraine A. Sutton November 29, 1914--May 24, 2012 Loraine A. Sutton, 97, of Valley Mills passed away, on May 24, 2012. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, at the First United Methodist Church in Valley Mills. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012, in Roby, Texas under the direction of Foss Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Sunset Hospice of Clifton, Texas. Loraine was born November 29, 1914 in Proctor, Texas to Hiram Calvin and Gracie Mae (Ewing) Bettis. Loraine married the love of her life, Loyce Allen Sutton in 1931. He preceded her in death in 1994. Also preceding her in death were her parents, one brother, and three sisters. Survivors are her children: Quincy Sutton and wife Pat of Dallas, Lois Bryant and husband Don of Grandview, and Jerald King and wife Sheila of Valley Mills. Brother: H.C.Bettis Jr. of Stafford, Texas. Grandchildren: Pennye Jones, Carrie White, and Rodney Sutton. Great-Grandchildren: Shelane King Sauer, Becky King Garcia, Kris King, Jason Williams, Erica White, Cody White, Katy Sutton, and Sara Sutton. Great-Great-Grandchildren: Maegon, Lexi, Jay, Cohen,, and Lanie.
