Linda Kylene Gibson

Linda Kylene Gibson, of Valley Mills, Texas went to her heavenly home on Thursday, October 26th, 2023.

She married Dana Gibson on January 26th, 1970.  Kylene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She loved spending time with her family whom she cherished dearly. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Valley Mills, Texas.

Kylene was preceded in death by her parents, Angus and Virginia Odle,  grandparents, Bernard and Evie (Mimi) Odle, Olin Harris and Blanch Harris-Lyon.

Kylene is survived by her husband, Dana, of Valley Mills, Texas, her three children: Todd Gibson (son) and wife Kim of The Woodlands, Texas; Terri Heald (daughter) and husband Darrell of Walburg, Texas; Cody Gibson (son) and wife Jamie of Robinson, Texas.   She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, Brandon and fiancé Victoria, Cameron and wife Alli, Connor, Payton, Macey and husband Wyatt, Madison and husband Ty, Shelby and husband Garrett, Kyle and wife Caitlin, Kolby and Gavin, as well as four great-grandchildren, James, Rylan, Cooper and Logan.  She also leaves behind one brother, Jerry Odle, and his wife, Evelyn of Chalk Bluff, Texas.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the love and care from all the staff at Lakeshore Village Nursing and Rehabilitation .

Visitation with the family will occur at Foss Funeral & Cremation Center in Valley Mills, Texas. Sunday,  October 29, 2023, from 2 PM until 4 PM in the afternoon. Funeral Services will be Monday, October 30, 2023, 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church, Valley Mills,  Texas.   Interment will follow at Valley Mills Cemetery.

Pallbearers:  Brandon Gibson, Cameron Gibson, Connor Gibson, Kyle Gibson, Kolby Stogner, and Gavin Stogner.
