Kenneth Loyd Hall, age 66, passed away at Hillcrest Hospital in Waco on January 20, 2024. A visitation will be held from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. on Thursday, Jan. 25th at Foss Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
Kenneth was born on March 11, 1957, in Chicago. He had a passion for life and lived to the fullest. From 1990 to 1993, he raced dirt bikes, embodying the thrill of the open trail. Additionally, he found joy in woodworking, creating beautiful pieces that reflected his craftsmanship and the love for the art.
In the early days of their romance, Ken and Karen affectionately went by the nicknames "Ken and Barbie". Throughout their enduring love story, Kenneth fondly referred to his wife as his "peach cheeks" a sweet testament to the deep connection they shared. A Marine veteran of the Vietnam War, Kenneth's bravery and dedication to his country left an indelible mark on his character.
A true Texan at heart, Kenneth had a deep love for Texas football, cheering passionately for the Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboys. His enthusiasm for the game will be missed by all who shared their spirited moments with him. Kenneth treasured the times he spent watching football with his grandsons, Damien and Ethen, creating unforgettable lasting memories.
As a regular listener to the News Talk Radio, Kenneth stayed informed and engaged in conversations that mattered. His inquisitive mind and commitment to staying informed were part of what made him truly unique.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Karen Hall, his cherished daughter, Ashli and beloved sons, Evan and Koby. His daughters in-law, Michelle Hall and Alexis Hall, sons in-law, Michael Fries and Corey Roberts. Five beautiful grandchildren, Damian, McKayla, Laila, Braylynn and Ethen. Grandson in-law, Jayden Barber. Kenneth leaves behind a legacy of love, having celebrated 46 years of marriage. His father, Glynn Hall and mothers, Jeanne Hall and Betty Hall, played significant roles in shaping his life.
As they mourn his loss, the family's faithful dog, Lucky, will also miss his beloved companion.
