June Homan Allison

June 2, 1946 -- Jan. 20, 2018

June Homan Allison, age 71, of Crawford, Texas, passed away on Saturday, June 20, at her residence.  Memorial services will be 2 P.M. Sunday, January 28, 2018, at Patton Baptist Church with Rev. Pat Cummings officiating under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Memorials may be made to either Patton Baptist Church or Central Texas Human Society.

June was born June 2, 1946, in England.  She moved with her mother to the United States in 1948.  She graduated from Oglesby High School in 1963.  June married Ronnie Allison on March 5, 1965, in Oglesby.  She worked as City Secretary in Crawford for many years and then worked  for TDCJ in Gatesville until her retirement.  June was preceded in death by her father, D.D. Homan, her daughter Robin Neill and her husband Ronnie Allison.

Survivors include her mother: Helen Joyce (Peggy) Homan;  daughter:  Julie Wood and husband Kenneth;  brothers David Homan and wife Ann, Mike Homan and wife Karen; grandchildren:  Kourtney McClain and husband Anthony, Dillion Neill, Mills, McKenlee, and Macy Wood; great grandsons:  Brailynn and Ian Neill, several nieces and nephews.
