JoAnn Oder, age 76, of Valley Mills passed away Monday, February 29, 2016, at Providence Hospital. Private graveside service will be held at a later date.
JoAnn was born on February 4, 1940, in Knox City, Texas, to James Alfred and Ida Pauline (Timberlake) Kinnibrugh. She was a retired from the U.S. Post Office as a mail carrier. JoAnn had lived in the Valley Mills area for he past 7 years. Survivors include her son: Terrill Damon Oder.
