JoAnn Lammert Bullard July 9, 1939~April 6, 2014 JoAnn Lammert Bullard, age 74, of Crawford Texas passed away peacefully Sunday, April 6th 2014 at Westview Manor in McGregor, Texas. Funeral services will be 10 A.M. Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Crawford. Interment will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Visitation will be 5- 7 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to either St. Paul Lutheran Church or St. Paul Lutheran Memorial Cemetery. JoAnn, the daughter of Arnold and Johanna Lippe Lammert was born on July 9, 1939 at their home near McGregor, Texas. JoAnn graduated from Crawford High School in 1957. She was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church of Crawford, Texas. JoAnn married her best friend and love of her life Carl Eugene Bullard on August 11, 1956, at St Paul Lutheran Church in Crawford, Texas. After Carl returned from Germany, where he served in the U.S. Air Force, they lived in Yuma, Arizona, Blythe, California, and Falbn, Nevada before returning to Crawford in the early 70's to be with family. JoAnn was a homemaker and loved to garden. JoAnn was very active in St Paul Lutheran Church serving as a teacher, member of WELCA, Altar Guild, bereavement committee, and meals committee. Following their retirement they enjoyed traveling in their motor home with their dog Mitzie throughout the west and southwest. JoAnn will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. JoAnn is survived by her sister Doris Lammert Shulz and husband Maurice Schultz of Crawford, Texas. A brother James Lammert and wife Beverly Carver Lammert of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her children Teresa Bullard Bowdoin and husband Gary of Crawford, Jeff Bullard and wife Darlene Westerfield Bullard of Crawford, Joe Bullard and wife Angie Gentry Bullard of Gainesville; grandchildren: Treva Leigh Bowdoin, Garett Scott Bowdoin, Kendra Christine Bowdoin, Justin Keith Bullard, Tyler Ryan Bullard, Lindsey Kathleen Bullard; brother-in-law: Earl Bullard, a niece and two nephews.
