Janet Elaine Kirkfield
April 22, 1942 ~ May 25, 2023

Janet Elaine Kirkfield, age 81, of Hewitt, Tx., passed away peacefully at home on May 25th surrounded by her family.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.

Janet was born on April 22, 1942, in Hattiesburg, MS to John Calvin and Floyd (Lane) Jones.   She was a nurse for many years.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Jean Claire Bailey.

She is survived by her husband Robert (Bob) Kirkfield,  sons:  Kevin Kirkfield (Cherie), Keith Kirkfield (Cheryl); daughter: Karla Ford (Patrick); sister:  Pam Waits (Mike); brother-in-law:  Carl Bailey; 2 grandchildren Kevin and Miranda Kirkfield.  Janet will be greatly missed.
