Glenn Duane Weber, age 85, passed away at Providence Hospital surrounded by his family on December 24, 2017.  Graveside service will be 1 P.M. Friday, December 29, 2017, at Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Glenn was born on July 9, 1932, in a car shed on Morgan Road near Crawford, Texas, to Albert and Lillian (Westerfield) Weber.  He started first grade at Prairie Chapel School and later graduated from Crawford High School.  Glenn started his ranching career as soon as he could walk.  He was very passionate about mules, horses, cattle and angora goats.  Not so much about tractors.  Glenn loved his family and especially ranching along side of his son Wayne.  He was preceded in death by his brother Joel Weber and his parents.

Survivors include his son Wayne Weber and wife Nichole, 3 grandchildren:  Brinley, Wyatt, and Flint, 2 brothers:  Clark Weber and Dale Weber and his wife Rhaedene.

Memorial may be made to Canaan Baptist Church or Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery, c/o Donna Grimestad, Box 664, Hewitt, Texas 76643.

Glenn will lie in state at Foss Funeral Home from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Thursday, December 28th.
