Gary Dee Scott, age 66, passed away in a hospital in Texarkana, AR on Jan. 17, 2018. Funeral service will be 1 P.M. Saturday, Jan. 20 at the Valley Mills Church of Christ with burial to follow at the Valley Mills Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Gary was born Jan. 9, 1952, in Nashville, AR to Orlan D and Lillie (McDonald) Scott. Gary married Susan Nelms Wilson on May 1, 1999. Gary was a truck driver by trade and had been driving the open road for 44 plus years.
Survivors include his father; Orlan D. Scott of Valley Mills, TX; his mother Lillie (McDonald) Wilson; wife Susan Scott of Texarkana, AR two step-daughters he cherished as his own Lacy and Crissy; four step grandsons, and one step granddaughter and nine siblings.
