Gary K. Hatfield, age 71, of Valley Mills, Texas, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017, in Sulphur Spring, Texas.  Memorial graveside service will be 10 A.M. Thursday, June 29, 2017, at the Valley Mills Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Gary was born October 16, 1945, in Valley Mills, Texas, to E.K. and Lillie Mae (Powers) Hatfield.   He was a graduate of Valley Mills High School.  He worked in construction all of his life and was married to Brenda Hernandez in 1997.  Gary loved the outdoors; hunting deer, hunting snakes, anything outdoors. He loved his family; enjoyed talking and  spending time with his buddies at the coffee shop.

Survivors include his wife:  Brenda Hatfield; 5 daughters:  Charity Hatfield, Missy Hatcher, Terri Collins, Sissi Gholson, Tonia Ross; a sister:  Barbara Ellen Holland; several grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins..
