Gary Steven Brown, age 67, of Valley Mills, Texas, passed away on Friday,  October 28, 2022, at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple, after suffering a stroke in late September.

The family will have a private graveside service at Turnersville Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home & Cremation Center at a later date.

Gary was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, on June 22, 1955, to William "Bill" Boyce Brown and Coleta Dean Wallace Brown. They were a military family and moved around the world often, settling in Turnersville, Texas, where Gary grew up.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bill, his mother, Coleta, and his brother, Roger. He is survived by his wife, Kim, daughter Morgan, and canine Phoebe.
