Frances Dellinger August 17, 1963 - February 10, 2012 Frances Louise Dellinger, 48, of Valley Mills died Friday evening February 10, 2012. in Waco, Texas. Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Monday, February 13th at the Valley Mills First Baptist Church under the direction of Foss Funeral Home. Interment will be at New Castle Cemetery in New Castle , Kentucky. Viewing will be from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. Monday prior to the funeral at the church. Frances Dellinger was born in Shelbyville KY, to Richard and Polly Troxell on August 17, 1963. She was a warm loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother. Frances was preceded in death by her father Richard Troxell and her father-in-law Harry Dellinger. She is survived by her husband and love of her life Paul Dellinger, her two sons: Derrick and Darrin Troxell; daughter: Terri Beth Dellinger; daughter-in-law: Ashley Troxell; her Mother Polly Troxell; her mother-in-law: Juanita Dellinger; 3 sisters: Terri Laroche, Carmella Kidwell, Rhonda Heightchew; sisters-in-law: Theresa Holden, Sabrina Dellinger; and grandaughter: Izzabella Glick.
