Floyd James Johnson, 69 of Hamilton Texas passed away November 4, 2020. The family will have a memorial graveside service at Oakwood cemetery in Comanche, Texas 11 AM Saturday, November 14, 2020 .

He was born on December 28, 1950 in Comanche, Texas to Robert Wicker Johnson and Ellen Elizabeth Hicks Johnson. He was one of 13 children. He grew up in Carlton, Texas and enjoyed playing basketball. After school he went to work at the Alexander Molding Mill where he spent nearly 50 years. He had two children, Marsha Johnson & James Johnson, and 11 grandchildren. His hobbies included fishing, pitching horseshoes, boxing, junking, gardening, and being outdoors. More than anything he loved spending time with his family. His dogs were just as much a part of the family as anyone else. Preceded in death by: parents Robert wicker Johnson and Ellen Elizabeth Johnson, grandson Tyler Sampley; 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Survived by: Mother of his children Rosalie Johnson; daughter Marsha Johnson; son James Johnson and daughter-in-law Shawna Johnson; grandchildren: Kolter Sampley, Tiffany Marie Sampley, Destiny Sampley, Jonathan Sampley, Haileigh Madison Johnson, Jasmine Skyler Johnson, Jocelyn Elizabeth Johnson, Ayden James Johnson, Jaxson Ray  Johnson, Josephine Grace Johnson; sisters: Sandra Kuykendall, and Shirley Sullivan.
