Edward (Eddie) Elmer Duncan III, age 67, of Whitney, Texas passed away Monday at Hillcrest Hospital in Waco. Private memorial service will be held at a later date under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
Eddie was born in Dallas, Texas, on April 5, 1951 to Edward Elmer and Audrey G. (Peterson) Duncan III. He was a carpenter most of his life.
Survivors include a brother George Duncan and a friend Alan Morgan and his wife Sherri.
