Eduardo "Eddie" Paz
October 13, 1961 - January 21, 2021

On Thursday, January 21, 2021, Eduardo "Eddie" Paz, a loving husband and father of four children, passed away at the age of 59 at Providence Hospital in Waco, Tx. Graveside service will be held 3 P.M. Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at the Valley Mills Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center. State mandated social distancing will be practiced at this event and masks are required. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the First Baptist Church Valley Mills from 4:00-6:00 P.M.

Eddie was born on October 13, 1961 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Luis and Ignacia Paz. On October 1, 1999, he married his wife, Domitila Paz. He had been employed by Clifton ISD for twelve years and attended Iglesia Apostolica in Meridian, TX.

Eddie had a passion for serving the Lord, being actively involved in the church, and spending time with his family. He also loved to go camping and fishing. His various creations of wooden artwork were admired by many. In his last few months, Eddie enjoyed making YouTube videos with his family as they sang, played instruments, and rejoiced in the Lord.  In addition, Eddie was known for his witty joke-telling abilities, being silly, and making people laugh and smile. Along with his infectious smile, he will be remembered as a kind, compassionate, servant, and obedient child of God, full of life and energy.  Eddie was preceded in death by his father and mother.

He is survived by his wife, Domitila Paz, his four children, Susana Velasquez, Nancy Dominguez, Yesenia Paz, and Eduardo Paz Jr., his siblings Maria, Rosa, Andres, Pedro, Felix, Santos, and Tina, many friends in Christ and other loved ones.
