Earl Booker

March 6, 1933 ~ July 24, 2018

Earl Medford Booker, age 85, of Crawford, Texas, passed away at his home surrounded by family.  As to his wishes a private graveside service was held at Bible Hill Cemetery on Thursday, July 26, 2018, under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Earl was born Mach 6, 1933, in Crawford, Texas, to Walter Otto and Rosa Lee (Hollis) Booker.   He attended school at Crawford and married James Anna (Oliver) in August of 1954.  They would have been married 64 years this August.  Earl use to work for the railroad then he started working with his dad moving houses.  He continued doing this until he retired.  Earl was the last of fourteen children.

He is survived by his wife Anna Booker; 2 children:   Douglas Booker and Rev. Joyce Hall;  4 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
