Donna K. (Walker) Cooper

Donna Kay (Walker) Cooper passed from this life to eternal rest on February 9, 2024 in Waco Texas at the age of 66 from a hard battle with cancer.

Donna was born February 18, 1957, in Seminole Texas to Leroy (Baldy) Walker and Anna Charlene (Walker) Jordan who have both preceded her in death along with her sister Debra Dalton.

Donna was a hard worker from the time she was 16 until she passed. She made her living waiting tables and cooking trying to give her boys the best life she could. She wanted what was best for her boys but couldn't always provide that so she just loved them as much as she could and tried to make them understand. She was a born again Christian so she will spend eternity with her Lord and Savior.

Donna met the love of her life when she moved to Whitney. Joe Paul Cooper took her in and provided for her and gave her a place to call home and in return she took care of him and loved him with all she had.

Survivors include her husband Joe Paul Cooper of Clifton, 3 sons Stephen Cobb, Joshua Cobb and Michael Cobb, 6 step children Susan, Maili, Collin, Aaron, Jordan, Moriah,and Elijah, 1 sister, Linda Calvin and husband David, 1 brother Allen Jordan and wife Michelle along with several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and her ashes spread on her bluebonnets at her residence. The family will have a Celebration of Life luncheon at a latter date.
