Dean Mathew Hill, age 67, of Valley Mills, Texas, passed away at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Dallas, Texas, surrounded by family. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Dean was born December 7, 1949, in Minneapolis, MN. , to Eugene and Pearl (Erickson) Hill. He was married to Tammy Renee Strickland in Walsenburg, Colorado on August 26, 1995. Dean was a retired Army Veteran. He was employed at Hillcrest Medical Center as a Director in the Neurology Department. He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Pearl, son Matthew Thomas, grandchildren John Matthew and John David and great grandchild Jameson Matthew. He enjoyed playing chess, computers, fishing and many other activities. He loved unconditionally and was proud of his family. He will be missed by one and all.
Survivors include his wife: Tammy Renee Hill of Valley Mills, His children John Hill, Ohio, Sara (Hill) Wright, Texas and Tisha Ringle, Indiana. 15 Grandchildren: Taegan, Michael, Lizabeth, Noah, Katie, Morgan, Emily, Kelsey, Sysilie, Sydnie, Sam, Jacquelyn, Danny, Megan, Matt, and 4 great grandchildren: Zheighn, Brody, Harper and Briley.
