Charlotte Holden Odum

Charlotte Holden Odum, age 68, of Robinson, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at Coleman County Medical Center.  Graveside services will be held 11 A..M. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at the Valley Mills Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Visitation will be 5 - 7 Friday at Foss Funeral Home.

Charlotte was born May 14, 1948, in Marlin, Texas, to Coy and Madge (McElroy) Holden.  She was a graduate of Valley Mills High School.  She married Bobby Odum on July 31, 1965, in Waco, Tx.  She was a homemaker, loving to cook and care for her family.  She was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband, Bobby Odum Sr. her son Brad Odum and a granddaughter Karlie Odum.

She leaves behind a son:  B.J. Odum Jr. and wife Darlene of Robinson, her grandsons:  Spencer Odum, Justin Odum, Brandon Odum, Tyler Summey, Nathan Witt and Reese Phillips; 4 sisters: Patsy Wetch, Sue Garvin, Margie Bundick and Coy Jane Holden; 4 brothers:  Ray Holden, Pete Holden, Mark Holden and Joe Holden; a sister-in-law: Linda Freedman; there are also many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.  She also leaves behind her best friend, Charlotte Fenton and her family … Doyle Wayne and Weda Pyburn and their children Wayne, Fisher and Scarlett.

Pallbearers will be Spencer Odum, Justin Odum, Brandon Odum, Tyler Summey, Nathan Witt and Reece Phillips. Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Kolath and Fisher Pyburn
