Bradley Odum, age 50, of Valley Mills, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Graveside services were held 1 P.M. Friday, December 16, 2016, at the Valley Mills Cemetery under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
Brad was born on January 24, 1966, to Bobby and Charlotte (Holden) Odum. He has lived in the Waco and Valley Mills area his entire life. He graduated from Richfield High School in 1984. He loved fishing, hunting and being outdoors. He worked at the sawmill in Valley Mills, Texas, and had a natural talent for building and making things out of wood. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Odum Sr. just 2 months earlier.
He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Odum; 2 sons: Justin and Brandon Odum; a brother, B J Odum, and his wife Darlene; 3 nephews: Nathan Witt, Tyler Summey, and Spencer Odum. There are also many aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers will be Nathan Witt, Tyler Summey, Eric Powell, Ben Burch, Michael Freedman and Doyle Wayne Pyburn.
