Billy G. Armstrong Jun. 27, 1929 ~ Jan. 30, 2013 Billy G. Armstrong, age 83, of Whitney, Texas, passed away January 30, 2013, at his residence. A private committal service will be held at a later date under the direction of Foss Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Survivors include his wife: Guadalupe Armstrong; a brother: Dale Armstrong; 2 sisters: Barbara Ann Browning and Shirley Bunnell.
