Bill D. Williams, age 60, of Valley Mills, passed away Sept. 23, 2011, at his residence after a lengthy illness. Private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Bill was born on August 8, 1951, in Wichita, Kansas. He was the son of Clarence Jacob and Ila Fay (Ridgway) Williams. He was a disable Vietnam Navy Veteran. He had lived in the Valley Mills area for the past 10 years. Survivors include his brother: Jerry Williams and his wife Nelda of Hewitt; several other brothers and sisters.
