Betty June Mitchell
September 10, 1932 - December 13, 2022

Betty June Mitchell, 90, of League City formerly of Patton passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Friendship Haven Care Center in Friendswood, Tx.  Funeral services will be Monday, December 19, 2022, at 1 P.M. at the Patton Baptist Church with Rev. Pat Cummings officiating. Interment will be at Crawford Cementer under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Visitation will be 1 - 3 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in honor of Betty to Alzheimer's Association or charity of your choice.

Betty was born September 10, 1932, in Leon Junction, Texas to James Frank and Ella Harvie (Cooper) Chamblee. She married T. E. "Red" Mitchell on August 4, 1948, in Crawford.  Betty was a member of the Patton Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of sixty-five years.

Survived by son: Rickey Mitchell, Sr. and wife, Cherrie of League City; grandsons: Rickey Mitchell, Jr. and wife Niki of Crawford, Nathan Alan Mitchell and wife Lindsay of League City; great grandsons: Jacob Mitchell of Valley Mills, Camden and Keenan Mitchell of League City; great granddaughter: Kendall Buckalew of Crawford; brother: Jack Chamblee and wife Jane of Crawford, and several nieces and nephews.
