Barbara Jean Haberkorn,  age 75, of McGregor, Texas, passed away Saturday, May 08, 2021, at Providence Hospice. A private memorial service will be held later by the family,

Barbara was born November 30th 1945 in Peoria, Illinois to Arlyn Henry Hoffman and Leona Mae (Simpson) Hoffman. The Hoffman family moved from Peoria, Illinois to Colorado in 1955 where she remained until 2017 when she moved to Waco Texas with her granddaughter Mel Grimm. She retired from ADT after 20 plus years of service. She enjoyed many hobbies and interests including spoiling her grandbabies, reading, gardening, doodling and camping.

Barbara was welcomed home by her Father and Mother, her Brother Dannie Hoffman and her Son John Haberkorn.

She was survived by her children, Beth Piercey and husband Mark Piercey, Ed Grimm and wife Lisa Grimm, her grandchildren, Mel Grimm, Emily Piercey, Kyle Grimm and Blake Grimm, her great- grandchildren, Wyatt and Beckett and her siblings Martha Rivas and husband Louis Rivas, Joanna Sanchez and husband Alvin Sanchez, Larry Hoffman and David Hoffman.
