Alpha Louis Nov. 8, 1920~~ Mar. 13, 2011 Alpha Louis of Valley Mills, a wife, mother of seven and home maker, 91 years of age passed away on March 13, 2012. Funeral services will be 10 A.M. Friday at the Valley Mills Church of Christ. Graveside service will be at 2 P.M. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Cleburne, Texas, under the direction of Foss Funeral Home. Alpha was born Nov. 8, 1920, in Cleburne, and married Perry Louis on July 29, 1939, in Cleburne. Alpha lived in Valley Mills and has been a faithful member of the Valley Mills Church of Christ for 49 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry of 52 years, mother Annie Jewell Harwell, father Ira Oliver Harwell, daughters: Joyce Ellen Louis, Vivian Sharon Louis, great grand child Bailey Jaco. Survivor include daughter: Rose Ann Lizler and husband, Al from San Antonio, four sons: David Louis of Houston, Donald Louis and wife Karen of Waco, Leon Louis of Waco, Keith Louis and wife Valerie of Valley Mills, 14, grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Valley Mills Church of Christ Mission Fund or to Providence Hospice. The family would like to express sincere thanks to the Valley Mills Care Center for many years of faithful service to our mother and to Providence Hospice.
